Haider Khan is the founder of Haider Khan Legal Professional Corporation. His practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation, consumer protection litigation, and residential landlord and tenant matters. Haider draws upon his strong business acumen and comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and legal procedures when representing clients in a broad range of commercial and individual disputes.
Haider regularly appears before the Small Claims Court of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Landlord and Tenant Board, as well as in appeals before the Social Benefits Tribunal. He is a Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public authorized to provide legal services throughout Ontario.
Alongside managing his practice, Haider is currently completing his Juris Doctor (J.D.) at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University.

Naseer maintains a broad litigation practice, with a particular focus on commercial disputes, contractual disputes, real estate litigation, dealership and automotive disputes, debt recovery, and other business and property-related matters. He represents individuals, professionals, and businesses throughout all stages of the litigation process, from initial case assessment and strategic negotiations to motions, mediations, trials, and enforcement proceedings.
In addition to his litigation practice, Naseer advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, estate planning, and employment issues. He is committed to providing practical, timely, and results-oriented advice.
Prior to joining Haider Khan Legal, Naseer practised at a prominent personal injury and civil litigation firm, where he gained extensive experience preparing litigation materials, and advocating on behalf of clients.
Naseer earned his Dual Canadian and American Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and Detroit Mercy School of Law.
In his spare time, Naseer enjoys playing sports, watching movies, and spending quality time with his family.

Giselle Laurino

Giselle Laurino is the Office Manager and Senior Law Clerk at Haider Khan Legal P.C.
Giselle attended Humber Polytechnic and graduated with honours from the Paralegal Education Diploma program. She became a Licensed Paralegal in 2020 and subsequently pursued further academic studies in Humber’s Bachelor of Paralegal Studies program, from which she also graduated with honours.
In her role, Giselle brings a high degree of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Her comprehensive understanding of legal procedures enables her to provide effective support across the firm’s litigation, corporate, family, and estates practices.
Giselle is dedicated to ensuring that clients are treated with professionalism and remain informed and supported throughout the course of their legal matters. Her commitment to client service and administrative excellence is integral to the firm’s delivery of efficient, responsive, and high-quality legal services.

Sahl is an Administrative and Legal Assistant at Haider Khan Legal P.C. Sahl has a strong attention to detail and supports many of the firms legal and administrative functions.
Sahl attended the University of Toronto and graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts (HBA) in Economics and Linguistics with High Distinction.
In his spare time, Sahl enjoys cooking Mexican food, running, watching movies, basketball, language-learning, and origami.

Malena is a Legal Assistant at Haider Khan Legal P.C. She is currently in her fourth year at Humber Polytechnic, completing her Honours Bachelor of Paralegal Studies. Through her academic studies and practical legal experience, she has developed strong skills in legal research, client communications and document preparation.
As a member of the firm's team, Malena is dedicated to delivering organized and detail-oriented support while assisting with the firm's day-to-day legal operations.
