Invitation Letters
Letter of Invitation for Visitors to Canada – Drafting & Notarization
When applying for a Canadian visitor visa (Temporary Resident Visa), applicants are often asked to provide a Letter of Invitation from a Canadian resident. While this letter does not guarantee that a visa will be issued, it is a crucial part of the application and helps immigration officers assess the application.
At Haider Khan Legal P.C., we ensure your Letter of Invitation meets all Canadian immigration requirements. For $195 + HST, we will draft the letter based on your details, prepare it in proper legal format, and notarize it (includes one notary seal). Upon request, we are also able to convert the letter into a statutory declaration for an extra cost. Although this is not required, it is recommended for more complex applications.
